Copper plated nickel tin wire

Copper-Nickel-Tin Plating Line is a production line used in industrial electroplating equipment to sequentially deposit copper, nickel, and tin coatings onto workpiece surfaces. It is widely applied in industries such as electronics and automotive manufacturing. The copper-nickel-tin plating line primarily operates on the principle of electrolysis. During the plating process, the workpiece serves as the cathode, while metal plates of copper, nickel, and tin act as anodes. These are placed in an electrolyte solution containing the corresponding metal ions. When an electric current passes through the electrolyte, metal atoms at the anodes lose electrons to form metal ions that enter the electrolyte. Simultaneously, metal ions in the electrolyte gain electrons at the cathode (the workpiece), reducing back into metal atoms that deposit onto the workpiece surface. This process forms a uniform metallic coating layer.
