The Flexible Board DES Production Line is a manufacturing system for developing, etching, and stripping UV-sensitive films on flexible printed circuit boards (FPC). Primarily designed for precise FPC circuit fabrication, it supports 50μm fine line etching with ±5% uniformity control, meeting the fine circuit requirements of 5G and automotive electronics applications. Through processes including development, etching, and stripping, the UV photosensitive film on the exposed FPC substrate is removed, and the developed copper is etched away to form the desired circuit patterns.
